Whenever I hear Salt and Pepper I always think the same thing.  What the fuck happened to Spinderella? I mean, I know she only raps in two songs, but really feel for her. I know what it’s like to be shoved to the back and wonder, “ummmm does anyone notice me?” I wish her well. I really do.

So, when it comes to cooking, two simple rules. Always use Kosher Salt and fresh cracked Black Pepper. You don’t even have to go to a synagogue to get the Kosher Salt, it’s in every supermarket. It really makes your food taste better. The same goes for Black Pepper. Get a grinder and buy a huge container of black peppercorns. Grinding the peppercorns right before you use it is completely different than getting it pre-ground in a can.
