Have you added Twitter yet to your list of addictions? Twitter has skyrocketed all the way up past cigarettes, chocolate, Adderall, vodka and Facebook on my list of “things I need to change”. What a stupid idea, say something in 144 words or less and people respond just to get in your inner circle.
The only good thing about Twitter is you can follow people you like and admire. 3 of my favorite people to follow are @BradWollack, @McDonaldHeather and @Sarahcolonna and funny enough they all work for the same tyrant. They are all panelists on Chelsea Lately or as I like to call them Chelsea’s “Laugh at anything she says” men. They are hilarious, but know not to cross the line. Kind of like Oprah’s BFF Gayle. She’s all cool and down, but you never bite the hand that feeds you or pays for your coke habit.
Recently I made a joke at Brad not thinking he would write back and he said “Why you gotta be a dick?” Who knew someone that made fun of people all day would be so sensitive. I apologized and I think we’re cool now. I Twatted Heater McDonald a few times, but she never wrote back. Then I told her I was going to make a dish for her and responded as if I was offering her a TV show. She told me her favorite ingredient was Sun-Dried Tomatoes and since I’m not crazy about them, I thought I would take this as a challenge.
Heather, thank you for all the laughs and this is a special spread I made just for you. I hope you make it the next time you make it to the NYT best sellers list. You really are hilarious and the Lucille Ball of our generation…. if she were on cable.
